About Ken & Denise Cash and Coldwell Banker Incline Village Realty..

Ken and Denise Cash were the Broker/Owners of CENTURY 21 Mountain Properties, with offices in Reno, Nevada and Incline Village Lake Tahoe, Nevada for 12 years.  In 2008, Ken and Denise consolidated their real estate offices to become Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate of Nevada.  Consolidating with a large real estate firm from California brings with it many new and exciting tools with tremendous advantages for buyers and sellers.

Because of Ken's strong relationships with other Broker professionals both within the Realogy real estate franchising brand and other industry leaders, he was able to reach out to begin the dialog which brought the president of the Select Group RE and others together to create an amazing new Northern Nevada organization now more than 700 agents in California and Nevada, with over 20 offices and their own title company, mortgage company and marketing company.

Ken Cash is an experienced real estate professional who holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation and is a graduate of both the Realtor Institute and the CENTURY 21 International Management Academy.  Ken is a Past-President of the Nevada Association of REALTORS and over the many years of service to the trade association, has held many other senior officer and director appointments.  Ken was honored in 2008 by the National Association of REALTORS and accepted in to the fraternity of Omega Tau Rho.

Denise Cash, is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute and a multi-million dollar producer.  Denise spent a number of years in senior computer programming and management in addition to her recent experience spanning residential sales of re-sale, new homes, condominiums, raw land, business and investment opportunity.  She is well seasoned in real estate contracts and escrow closings, skills she honed while fulfilling the duties and obligations of Chief Financial Officer and Administrator of their old company, making her someone you will want to work with.

Ken and Denise founded CENTURY 21 Mountain Properties in 1996 as a forward looking and thinking company. With offices in Incline Village at Lake Tahoe and Southwest Reno Nevada, the company was built on a solid management and technology foundation.  "The Internet is our key to the real estate world" says Ken Cash.  84% of buyers used the Internet to search for homes.  29% of buyers FIRST learned about the home they purchased on the Internet.  Home buyers value photo's at 84%, detailed property information at 82%, virtual tours at 60% along with maps, community information, and agent information, according to National Association of Realtors 2008 home buyers and sellers survey.

In order to continue to professionally grow, Ken and Denise decided that the answer in 2008 was to merge, consolidate and become more efficient.  Which is exactly what they did.  They and several other brokers banded together to build the largest real estate company in Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe with over 240 agents plus thier direct association with Select Group RE in California.  The path Ken and Denise then took for themselves was to return to their roots.  Selling and Listing property for people like you both in California and Nevada.

"Our goal is even more focused than in the past, to making every real estate dealing a pleasurable and rewarding experience.  Using the Internet and our experience makes it happen." says Ken.

Experience, resources and knowledge of Reno/Sparks and Lake Tahoe, both in Nevada and California will bring you closer to your dreams to own or sell to move on to other opportunities in your life.

The Company was founded on August 27, 1906 on the heels of the devastating fire and earthquake that leveled San Francisco.  A young real estate agent, Colbert Coldwell saw the need for honest, knowledgeable real estate services to help the city rebuild.  As the company grew, he hired Arthur Banker as a member of his sales staff.  The two businessmen eventually formed a partnership, and in 1914 officially named the company Coldwell Banker®.
